It's a rare luxury, in any facet of one's personal or professional life, to realize the freedom to pursue our dreams. That freedom demands certain obligations: trust our experiences and instinct, set benchmarks, and develop and commit to a work/business ethic. I have been very lucky to have been able to, over the past 24 years, continue to realize my dream: i.e., to work as an attorney in a legal/business affairs/creative capacity within an industry about which I am very passionate. My (new) position at Poptent has afforded me the continued luxury to work with driven, brilliant, creative, progressive and dedicated individuals in an exciting, ever changing environment that promotes creativity and provides unique business opportunities to the entertainment (music/film) community.

By way of background, I am an entertainment attorney/musician/owner of a Grammy Award winning entertainment (music/film/multimedia) company and now, recently, Director of Contracts here at Poptent. Since 1987, after my professional music career which started in the late '60's [actually, I still play with my rock band on occasion], I have focused my entrepreneurial pursuits and legal/business affairs practice within the entertainment industry. I have represented and managed entertainers/sports celebrities and various other institutional and individual clients in numerous entertainment, commercial, corporate and intellectual property transactions, primarily in the areas of music, film, television, book publishing and interactive entertainment.

Poptent's innovative crowd-sourcing model is the wave of the future and Poptent has set the bar in video production fulfillment. It is my mission to provide high quality business affairs counseling and service to Poptent's incredibly talented film community and continue to offer our existing and prospective creative community the Poptent recognizable brand...which brand is becoming the benchmark of the crowd-sourcing marketplace.

Oh yeah...on top of all that...I am having so much freakin' fun!!!!!
